Woman Sold Home & Lives In Van To ‘Cushion’ $14,000 Face Lift Procedure That Makes Her Look Younger

Many would agree that pursuing personal desires sometimes requires drastic action. And while those actions can seem extreme, when the outcome matches the vision, the sacrifice often feels justified. Kelly Beasley from Marana, Arizona, made headlines when she took a bold step to fulfill a long-standing dream.

Beasley is passionate about two things: looking her best and embracing the RV lifestyle. In August 2023, she gained media attention after revealing that she sold her home to afford a cosmetic procedure.

Clearly a determined woman, Beasley doesn’t hesitate when she sets a goal. Back in 2015, she made a major life change by leaving her Arizona home to live full-time in a camper. Along the way, she met Marshall Wendler, a fellow RV enthusiast who would become her business partner. Together, they launched Camp Addict, a website to support new RVers.

Alongside her love for RVing, Beasley also cared deeply about self-maintenance and appearance. As reported by the Daily Mail, she began using fillers and Botox in her late 20s and continued for 15 years. But by the time she was 48, she noticed her face aging more rapidly. She knew it was time to take a bigger step — cosmetic surgery. She looked into procedures including a facelift, neck lift, lip lift, and fat transfer from her thighs.

When researching the costs, she was stunned: U.S. surgeons were charging between $50,000 and $60,000. Not wanting to give up, she kept searching. On TikTok, she came across a woman raving about a clinic in Mexico — and that changed everything.

The woman reported paying just $14,000. Beasley quickly found a Facebook page for EOC Plastics in Tijuana and read more success stories. After thorough research, she booked her procedure and took time to reflect. She sold her three-bedroom Arizona home before traveling to Tijuana, where she had her surgery on February 14, 2023.

Per The Mirror, she said:

“I sold my house as a cushion to pay for it. The results are beyond what I expected. I didn’t expect to look younger. People say I look in my 30s. I’m loving my look and looking the most fabulous that I can.”

She shared that the surgery took four hours. She woke up wrapped in what she called “a giant crazy bandage.” Surprisingly, she experienced no pain, though she did have to wear a “face bra” for two weeks. Once healed, she returned to life on the road, last reported in Lake Tahoe, California.

Her doctor, Dr. Fabian Mendoza Macias, documented her progress online. Beasley also opened up about wanting to break the stigma around plastic surgery, saying she simply chooses to prioritize her personal goals and happiness.

Isn’t it inspiring to see Kelly Beasley embrace both beauty and freedom on her own terms?
